Pricing: Mitigation starts at $1950* but covers most situations: One sub-slab suction point, fan, plumbing, wiring, and installation.  Fan has a 5-yr warranty, workmanship a 5-yr guaranty, and a guaranty to reduce radon level to less than 4.0 pCi/l for 5 years.** A site visit is typically neccessary to determine the best type of mitigation.
