Hi everyone,
We've had three games now and the children are doing quite well!  Hitting the ball, dropping the bat, and running to first base is something I emphasize every time the children are at bat.  It's great seeing their progress; so many improvements!  If you've noticed, I try to switch out the pitcher at each inning because they seem to get most of the balls hit.  What I will do this week is bring all players in closer so they each get a chance to field a ball.  My only concern is some kids are faster than the others and will probably get to the ball faster.  We'll see, and if it doesn't work as well, then we'll continue with the pitcher thing that we've been doing.

It's great to see parent-participation!  You can really see we need it especially during the games.  Herding cats is what I'd have without your help.  Thank you for all your help!
