Without infrared, this defect would not have been found.  There was a good bit of oxidation on the panel lugs creating significant resistance, and creating a very warm feed.  The infrared image here was discovered during a home inspection in Nicholson, PA in an older home.  This does not mean that your panel isn't warm.  Call us for your infrared inspection.  We do single system inspections to keep the fees low, plus we don't believe in gouging our Clients anyway.  Call us!!!
