Disconnected duct

I found this yesterday. Some people don't think they need a home inspection, or they do it themselves. This "find" will save my clients big bucks every month and pay for the inspection right away. I recommend a thermal inspection with every home inspection. If you already are in your home, then a thermal inspection is in order. Tell me what you think...post a comment--let me hear from you!
