A couple weeks ago I performed a home inspection in Colusa, CA.  Just prior to this inspection I was in Williams, CA.  Both of these towns are nice towns.  The inspections went well; both foreclosures, but thermal imaging did not show anything out of the ordinary.  It's good to be able to offer a technology to my clientele that can save them money by finding missing insulation, loose heating and air ducts, as well as moisture.  My clients receive the very best service their money can buy.  I like to think they receive the very best at half the price.  I would love more referrals from your friends and family.  If you need an inspection--call.  If you already own your home, you can benefit from a whole-house thermal scan as well as a "Tune-Up" home inspection--it'll be well under $500 and will probably save you this money over the period of only a few months.
